Fort George Brewery
The Sweet Virginia Series bottling project is a mobile bottling line that allows Fort George brewers to do small batch runs of barrel aged and rare beers on a regular basis. The bottlings range from 10 cases to 2000 cases and the price point is on the higher end.
Objective
Create a bottle label system that conveys handcrafted and high quality while staying within the tight budget of producing small batch packaging runs. The end result was a single die-cut label shape with thermography and foil embellishments. The label system includes a consistent lockup for the beer name and beer info of each release as well as the Sweet Virginia Series branding. Each release also features a custom illustration by various artists. Bottles are wax-dipped when budget allows.
